The Information
We Collect About You and How We Collect It
Every time you visit the Web Site our web server automatically
logs your IP address (if you are connected to the Internet you
will automatically have an IP address. "123.45.67.890"
is an example of an IP address), the type of operating system
that your computer uses (for example, Microsoft Windows 2000)
and the type of web browser you are using to access the Web Site
(for example, Netscape Navigator, Opera or Microsoft Internet
Explorer). From that information we can find out who your Internet
service provider is and the location from which you are accessing
the Web Site. Our web server also logs the IP address of the Web
Site you visited immediately before accessing the Web Site.
The Web Site contains certain forms for you to complete to request
further information from us or to request customer support from
us. Those forms require you to submit your full name (and, in
the case of customer support, the name of your company), your
e-mail address and your phone number. Those forms also give you
